FAQ

Tazloma is based in Australia.

We work with print-on-demand fulfilment companies with facilities worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! Please note that on some occasions, we cannot guarantee that products will be shipped from a facility nearest to you and together in one order. This may be due to stock availability, or a specific fulfilment company can only produce a particular product. As a result, this may affect shipping costs, customs duties/taxes, and delivery times.

When your order is completed and ready for shipment, a tracking link and number will be sent to you via email. Please note that the tracking number will not be sent right away as each order placed in our store is made on-demand. Please allow about 3 to 7 days for us to complete your order before shipment. You can also check your order via our Track Order Status page.

If your order didn’t end up arriving, please let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Before getting in touch with us, we recommend you do the following: 

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address 

• Reach out to the carrier listed on your Track Order Status page 

• Ask your local post office if they have your package 

• Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, you have reached out to the carrier; the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbours; get in touch with us at helpdesk@tazloma.com with your order number.

Please note that it cannot be changed easily once your order is placed. Before submitting an order, please check that all details are entered correctly. If details are entered incorrectly, or you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at helpdesk@tazloma.com

We cannot make amendments or cancel your order once it is in production and has been shipped.

If your package has been marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it yet, we recommend you reach out to the carrier listed on your Track Order Status page. Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors or stolen items. 

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products that appear in our store as accurately as possible, but due to monitor displays and types of product materials used, some differences may occur.

Materials

All our products are made from 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel. 

Some products have a Gold finish option. 14K products are plated with Rhodium, while 18K products are plated with real 18K yellow gold. We use a high quality electroplating process that means it doesn't rub or flake away easily. 

For graphical products, the clear dome is a shatterproof liquid glass-like material that is applied by hand. We do not use any paper or stickers to place designs onto our products!

 

Allergies

316L stainless steel is low reaction, with minimum nickel content.

For peace of mind, customers sensitive to nickel can pick a product that's finished with 14K or 18K Gold, as these don't react.  

Our White Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.

Matte Black and Glossy Black Magic Mugs, however, should only be hand-washed, and you can't put them in a microwave. Note that they're also prone to scratches, so be extra careful.

The same goes for our Enamel Mugs that should only be hand-washed. Also, you can't heat liquids or food directly in the Enamel Mugs—it can damage their coating.

To ensure that your posters and canvas last for a long time, don’t keep them in direct sunlight or outdoors. They can be gently dusted with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.

Care Advice

It's fine to get our jewellery wet! Wear it in the shower or while swimming, just make sure to dry it afterwards!

If the item becomes dirty or tarnishes in some way, clean it using plain soap and water - drying with a soft cloth.

Before storing the item, make sure it's fully dry and is not stored in a moist environment. When storing, avoid storing it mixed amongst other jewellery, as the tarnish on those pieces may spread and damage the item.

While wearing, avoid exposure to chemicals (including cleaning agents), and avoid wearing in environments where the item may be knocked.

Please note that fulfilment and shipping times may be longer than usual and difficult to predict due to impacts associated with COVID-19 restrictions.

Please allow about 3 to 7 days to fulfil your order before shipment. The shipping time depends on the location of the fulfilment company tasked with your order and your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

Australia: 2–30 business days

Japan: 4–8 business days

International: 10–30 business days

Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs and tax fees. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Before attempting to return any products, please review our store policy below. Any queries not addressed, or for further information, please contact us at helpdesk@tazloma.com

Except as otherwise required by the Australian Consumer Law, we don’t offer returns and exchanges as all our products are made on-demand. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the order by contacting us on the Returns Center page.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, please let us know, we can send you a replacement order once the package has been returned to sender, but shipping will be at your own cost. Please visit our Returns Center page to start this process.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at our Returns Center page within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, gift cards and sale items. Refunds are only provided to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at our Returns Center page with photos of wrong/damaged items, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

We don’t offer exchanges at this time and cannot offer refunds on incorrect sizing choices as all our products are made on-demand.
